[Career]
As the play, I am born in the downtown(Hongou) of Tokyo, and I have the memory that my father had taken me to the KABUKI etc. in the childhood. He has been a retailerl of the clock.
I have been a member of "Play circle" and "New drama circle" of the Citizen Theater of Tokyo after becoming a member of society.
We lived in the Matsudo City(Chiba Pref.) for about five years before retiring. There is a play circle in Matsuso and our home was near from the citizens center, so I participated in the circle with my wife. The play such as "A bouquet to Aljarnon" by Daniel Keeth is remained in my mind with some impressions.

[Current state]
I have seen the following two plays by chance last year(1999).
1. Performance of Literary Theater, "Song of canary that can not fly" at Actor'sTheater.
In the favor that there is an invitation to the performance in which Mr. Kouji TAKAHASHI had performed a role who is a son of my friend Mr. Ikuo TAKAHASHI. I think that it was a good play though it was a theme which had not become familiar yet in Japan.
2. Performance, large kabuki "Kagotsurube Sato no Yoizame" in December at Kabukiza Theater.
I got the ticket from my elder sister and I went with her. It was always good as the actors play well or as an old tradition though the it was an old story.
It was good occasion though it was a long time to see the play.
