[Career]
I have been painting in watercolor on the school days. After I became a business man, I started a little the oil painting but it was my own way. Small influence might exist because I have two elder sisters and they have been painting the flower etc.
I participated in the oil painting introduction course associated for the aged member of Oota ward after I retired, and the oil painting was started as a painter on Sunday.
There is an old-timer painter Mr. HIGASHIDE in my vicinity, and I entered in the watercolor class("strolling sketch on saturday" of Yomiuri Cultural Center) during half a year to be acqainted with him. The scenery is sketched in Tokyo and Yokohama on half a day.
I have televiewed "the botanical art" on NHK television and I tried it several times.

[Current state]
I participate in the group "Circle Try" of those person's of attending the above-mentioned oil painting introduction cource (applicants of three terms). We draw the oil painting 10:00-12:00 on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday every month at Oota ward community center at Kamata with Ms. Kanako MIKAWA who is the instructer of the course.
The member is 19 persons and male is a little more(2000.1). Three years have passed since we had started. The objects are still life, portrait and landscape twice per year such as Honmon-ji Temple, Senzoku-ike Pond, the Tamagawa Base Park, Hamarikyu Park and Yamashita Park(Yokohama) etc.
The first group exhibition was held at Aprico(facilities of Ohta ward in Kamata) in April, 1999. Every member presents two paintings, and we would continue once a year in the future. I think all members skilled at this chance.
I like the impressionist and Buffet, etc, and after beginning painting, I think that my view point has differed a little.
