The most famous sweet wine producer in the
world.
It was not easy to find this estate which
was different from those in Medoc.
One book says "Ch. d'Yquem is the Holy
Place of WINE!"
I think so, too.
Although its noble appearance and dignity
was super-first-class, I was kindly welcomed.
I appreciate the sincere attitude of the
guide who made a big effort in explaining
in English.
Tasted a good deal of Yquem 1990.
Ch.d'Yquem on a small hill has the dignity of a King.
Not for exhibition, just only for formentation equipments.
The cellar looked like an underground museum.
