Mouton is the most popular estate in Bordeaux.
Usually we have to pay the admission fee
, but I didn't need it.
I was lucky! Probably this was because I
booked in advance.
First, I watched video, then visited the
estate.
Finally I was guided to their Museum of Wine
in Art, which they were proud of.
It was not only large in size but sophisticated
and excellent chateau!
No tasting offered.
They are positive for making the estate open
to the public. So a lot of people visit there
The fermentation vats were made of wood
100% brand new barrels
Just under racking in the cellars,
I watched it with a great interest.
